§ 1 Definitions
Personal Data Controller (ADO) – according to the RODO (Article 4(7) RODO) is the one (entity/person) who decides on the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.
Personal Data – according to the RODO (Article 4(1) RODO), personal data means information about an identified or identifiable natural person. Such a person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, e.g. by: name, physical or genetic characteristics, as well as a number of other characteristics. Personal data also includes information about natural persons engaged in business activities.
Cookies – (abbreviated as a cookie), are a small piece of text which a website sends to your browser and which your browser sends back the next time you visit the site.
Policy – this policy.
RODO – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L. 2016 No. 119, p. 1 as amended).

User – any natural person visiting the Website or using one or more of the services or functionalities described in the Policy.
§ 2 Types of Cookies
Praca-plus website – uses the following types of Cookies:
(a) Session files (which remain on your device until you leave the Website or close your web browser);
b) Permanent (remaining on the user’s device for a certain period of time or until they are manually deleted);
(c) Necessary – Cookies necessary for the functioning of the Website, cannot be disabled on our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions taken by the user that amount to a request for services, such as setting privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. The user can set their browser to block or alert them to these Cookies, but some parts of the website will then not function properly. These Cookies do not store any personally identifiable information about you;
d) Statistical – relating to performance, they allow us to count visits and traffic sources so that we can measure and improve the performance of the Website. They help to know which sub-pages are the most and least popular. All information collected by these Cookies is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If a User opts out of them, we will not know when they visited our Website and will not be able to monitor its performance;
(e) Functional – allow for increased functionality and personalisation of the Website. They may be set by Praca-plus or by external providers whose services Praca-plus has added to the Website. If the User does not allow these Cookies, some or all of these services may not function properly;
f) Targeted – may be set up via the Website by advertising partners. They may be used by these companies to build a profile of the User’s interests to match advertisements. They do not store personal data directly, but are based on the unique identification of the User’s browser and internet device. If the User does not allow consent to these Cookies, they will opt out of advertising personalisation;
g) Website traffic monitoring, i.e. data analytics, including Google Analytics cookies (these are files used by Google to analyse your use of the Website.
§ 3 Purpose of Cookies
Praca-plus website uses Cookies (including those that are Personal Data) for purposes:
a) to optimise our website for devices and browsers (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO – the legitimate interest is to reach
as many internet users as possible);
b) for marketing purposes and specifically to measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns carried out and to tailor the content and forms of advertisements; in the event that the User consents to marketing activities, Praca-plus will collect the personal data made available by the User, including data collected in Cookies for marketing purposes, including for the purpose of analysis and profiling (Art. 6(1)(a) RODO, voluntary consent given by the User. Consent is voluntary and consent given can be revoked at any time.) c) for statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) RODO – legitimate interest is to analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities).
§ 4 Personal data
User data obtained from Cookies when using the forms on the Praca-plus website may be linked to Personal Data that Praca-plus already has about a specific person, and this may be used by Praca-plus to identify a person (we will then identify this as Personal Data).
The administrator of the Personal Data is Praca-plus sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice (44-100) 5 Matejki Street, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register
(3) The User may contact the Personal Data Administrator by e-mail or by traditional way to the address ul. Matejki 5 44-100 Gliwice.
4 Praca-plus may collect the following categories of website user data:
(a) IP address,
(b) domain name,
(c) browser type,
(d) type of operating system
(e) other data about your Internet usage settings and preferences.
5 Recipients of Users’ personal data may be:
(a) those who are entitled to receive them under the law;
(b) entities with which Praca-plus has contracted to provide maintenance services for the IT systems used in their processing;
c) entities providing support to Praca-plus on the basis of outsourced services (marketing services, hosting) and in accordance with the entrustment agreements concluded;
6 Personal Data obtained from Cookies will be processed until the User withdraws their consent or, in the case of data processed in pursuit of Praca-plus legitimate interest in marketing, until the purpose is exhausted or an objection is raised.
7 Users have the right to:
(a) to have access to their data and to receive a copy of their data;
b) to rectify (amend) their personal data;
(c) to restrict the processing of personal data;
d) deletion of personal data;
(e) to object; the User has the right to object at any time to the processing of his/her personal data on the basis of the legitimate interest identified by Praca-plus above and processed for direct marketing purposes including profiling.
(f) withdrawal of consent – where data are processed on the basis of expressed consent; (Consent is freely given and may be withdrawn at any time without giving any reason but without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal)
(g) lodge a complaint with the President of UODO (to the address of the Office for the Protection of
Personal Data, ul. Stawki 2, 00 – 193 Warsaw).
(8) Where marketing consent is given, we may make decisions by automated means based on the data we hold about you, as well as on data from Cookies. Decisions made in this automated manner may affect the assignment of the User to a particular customer category, the selection of advertisements and messages displayed when using the Internet and the Website.
9 Profiling means the collection of information about a User (or group of Users) and the assessment of their characteristics or behavioural patterns in order to classify them into a specific category or group, in particular for the purpose of analysing or predicting aspects such as their demonstrated ability to perform a given task; interests; or likely behaviour
10. Automated decision-making for marketing purposes takes place on the basis of the User’s consent.
§ 5 Management of Cookies
Internet browsers memorise Cookies by default, but most browsers allow Users to manage Cookies on the Website. Users of the Website may change their Cookies settings at any time.
